Today, the system has a total installed capacity of over 2,200 kW.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annual energy audits<\/strong> of the facilities, to continuously monitor consumption and guide investments towards higher-performance, more energy-efficient machinery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low-energy lighting<\/strong>, with old fluorescent tubes replaced by induction lamps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmmlaser.it\/en\/laser-cutting\/sheet-metal-laser-cutting\/\" rel=\"noopener\">sheet metal laser cutting systems<\/a>, one of which uses fibre laser technology, reducing electricity consumption.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmmlaser.it\/en\/laser-cutting\/tube-laser-cutting\/\" rel=\"noopener\">tube laser cutting systems<\/a>, including one fibre laser system designed to reduce energy consumption.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry 4.0 machinery:<\/strong> in 2017, a press brake for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmmlaser.it\/en\/steel-processing\/sheet-bending\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>metal sheet bending<\/strong><\/a> and a punching machine for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmmlaser.it\/en\/steel-processing\/sheet-punching\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>steel sheet punching<\/strong><\/a> were installed, both falling within the scope of the National <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmmlaser.it\/en\/cmm-laser\/industry-4-0\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Industry 4.0<\/a> Plan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technological revamping<\/strong> of the systems, carried out in collaboration with the manufacturers, extending their useful life within the production process, improving performance, and reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space alter_height=&#8221;small&#8221; hide_on_mobile=&#8221;1&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;justify&#8221;]In line with these commitments, CMM Laser places constant emphasis on the health and safety of its employees, complying with current regulations and investing in staff training.
