For sheet steel laser cutting, we have installed 3 latest
generation laser systems with a maximum working range of
4000x2000 mm and power ratings reaching 5200 Watt; these
solutions mean that we can cut considerably thick material with
great reliability and precision.

Punching
For punching sheet steel CMM employs
completely automatic machines which are flexible at the same
time. The main characteristics of the machines installed are
speed in executing job-orders and quality execution.
These systems are capable of creating all kinds of geometric
shapes due to the flexibility of the rotating punches.
We are able to create deformations, indentations, semi-shears,
dimpling on materials such as aluminium, brass, stainless steel,
galvanised sheet, painted sheet and pickled sheet.
CMM works with these systems equipped with automatic loading,
piece stacker, chipping separator and automatic unloading – day
and night – in order to obtain very rapid delivery times.

Steel Bending
For bending sheet steel CMM employs numerical control bending
machines with a maximum processing length of 4 metres and power
of 320 tons.
Apart from traditional bending machines, CMM
also has a completely automated work island; the main
advantage of this system is that of working without the
supervision of a person, thus considerably reducing
processing costs. Another of the advantages is that of being
able to handle delicate elements with suckers, thus avoiding
any surface scratches or marks
